Agentic Purchase Order Processing

An autonomous pipeline built on the Claude API that turns emailed purchase orders into completed Shopify B2B orders. It watches a Microsoft 365 mailbox, reads each incoming PO (PDF, Word, Excel, or fax), extracts structured order data, validates customers, items, and pricing against the Dynamics GP ERP, then creates the order and files the paperwork. Runs unattended around the clock with layered safeguards and a full audit trail.

AI Customer Classification

A daily reporting system that uses Claude with web search to research each new customer against provider registries and practice websites, then suggests an account classification with a confidence level and a one-line rationale. Replaced about 45 minutes of manual research per day while keeping the final decision with the sales team.
